note: if you aren’t fond of vinegar add more oil!
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Things you’ll need:
- cheese grater
- Shred cucumber and carrots into bowl using the big holes of a cheese grater.
- In a separate bowl, add apple cider vinegar, olive oilve, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour dressing on vegetables and stir until evenly coated. Enjoy!
